1. Prepare Your Return Request

If your parcel arrives damaged:
If you notice any damage to your parcel when receiving it from the DPD courier, please take clear photos of the damage and refuse to accept the package.

If your parcel is not damaged but you wish to return it:
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided it remains unopened and in its original packaging. 
Important: We can only accept returns of the entire parcel, and products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened, tested, or used (even once).
Please note: The buyer is responsible for the shipping fees of the return. These costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective or faulty product:
Although rare, manufacturing defects can occur. If you receive a defective item, please complete our claim form and describe the issue.


2. Submit Your Request

To start your return, please use the Contact tab on our website to submit your request.
Include the following details in your message:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the reason for your return

  • Clear photos of the product or parcel

Including photos helps us resolve your request quickly and ensures a smooth return and refund process.

Once your message has been received, our customer service team will review your request and reply with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including how to safely pack and send your items back to us.


3. Arrange Collection

A DPD courier will be scheduled to pick up your parcel and return it to us.
(If applicable, the courier collection fee will be deducted from your refund amount.)


4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them within 14 days.
You will receive an email update regarding the status of your return and refund.

We only accept unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Returns for items that have been opened or used cannot be processed due to hygiene reasons.
